At Heart and Mind Devon, we hold weekly meditation sessions on a Tuesday at 7pm. We are a very friendly group and welcome new people. Experience isn't essential, This space is a place of peace, calm and tranquillity where we come together and share in a nurturing experience. All are welcome, an experience of meditation is not needed, just come with an open heart and mind, and a willingness to explore your self. Each week we have two meditations and an opportunity to share our experience and learning. We also use oracle cards to give affirmation and guidance.
